Qualification

• Master’s degree in Economics, Banking and Finance (MEBF) from French-Vietnamese Training Center (CFVG) and co-certified by Paris Dauphine University and ESCP Europe University, France (with scholarship  for best students)
• Bachelor of International Business, Foreign Trade University.
• Fund Management Practice Certificate issued by the State Securities Commission
• Certificate of Key Operational Aspects in Commercial Banking by the Luxembourg Financial Technology Transfer Center (ATTF).

Working experience

• Hieu Nguyen has 17 years of experience in banking and finance with strengths in capital and financial markets, fund management and investor relations.
• Hieu has ever hold managerial positions in leading financial institutions such as Deputy CEO of PVcomBank Fund Management JSC., CFO of Glexhomes, Director of Investment of Techcombank Fund Management JSC., (Techcom Capital), Director of Investment Banking – VNDirect Securities, Director of Investor Relations Hai Phat Invest, Head of Interest rate trading – PVcomBank.
• Hieu had been Fund Manager of Nemo-PVcom Merit Fund, PVcom Balance Fund, PVcom Bond Fund. She was product owner of Nemo-PVcom Merit Fund and PVcom Balanced Investment Fund, as well as other entrusted accounts in PVcom Capital. She was Portfolio Manager of Techcom Bond Investment Fund, the top AUM open-end fund in Vietnam.

Working experience

• Thanh has more than 25 years of vast working experience in public sector, corporate, banking & finance. He had numerous years of direct experience in securities & banking regulatory supervision and banking risk management.
• Thanh possesses strong analytical skills and is an expert in corporate business analysis/financial model running and corporate governance via significant working history in both state-owned and private companies, supported by his in-depth understanding of Vietnam and S.E.A economies. He ever conducted business in transition economies, such as Vietnam and Ukraine.
• Thanh was Head of fixed income research in Ho Chi Minh City Securities Company (HSC), Deputy Manager of Treasury Department – PVcomBank, Head of Risk and Treasury Operation – Western Bank and official at State Securities Commission (SSC).

Working experience:

• Hien has more than 20 years working in real estate and power development in leading Vietnam Developers, including Song Da Corporation, Hoang Son Group, Everland Group, Vinh Hanh commercial and services JSC., etc.
• He actively joined project team as team leader, responsible for economic, planning areas and project development. Together with his team, Hien successfully developed remarkable real estate projects in Hanoi, including Lieu Giai Tower, Song Da-Ha Dong complex, The South of An Khanh projects, Tu Hiep Plaza, etc.
• Hien ever pioneered in developing and executing M&A transactions in renewable energy market in Vietnam. He has done series of M&A transactions of big scale renewable energy projects, including My Sơn 1, 2 solar farms, Lac Hoa wind farm, Hoa Dong 2 wind farm, Cho Long wind farm, Yang Trung wind farm, etc.

Working experience

• Before joining HHN Capital Partner, Binh worked as an valuation consultant at EY Vietnam, advising on valuation process of Transaction and Audit procedure. As an valuation consultant, Binh engaged in valuation of 100% equity interest of a veterinary group companies under a M&A transaction of a Korean client, and a paper packaging manufacturer in Vietnam. Moreover, Binh engaged in evaluating valuation process of companies, assets in several sectors as real estate, mining industry, aviation services.
• Prior to EY,  Binh worked as a Wealth Advisor for MB Private – a Wealth Management department of MB Securities.
